LET'S GET TO KNOW EACH OTHER
Once we receive your application, we’ll get in touch to answer your questions and tell you more about the dog you are interested in. We’ll also arrange a video call so we can get to know each other a little better.
During the video call, we’ll talk about your living situation, your home and garden, and your daily routine and work schedule. The call also gives us the opportunity to see your home environment and understand where your dog will be living. This helps us make sure the dog’s needs can be met safely and comfortably, while giving you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

GET READY FOR YOUR DOG
Once we agree that it’s the right match, we’ll let you know when your dog can travel. You’ll receive and sign the adoption contract and pay the adoption fee.
Before travelling, your dog will receive a veterinary check to make sure they are healthy and ready for the journey. All dogs receive their required vaccinations and a health and blood test to check for possible illnesses. If they have not already been spayed or neutered, this will also be arranged before they travel.
We’ll make sure your dog is properly prepared for their journey and that you have all the information you need to welcome them home.

The day you’ve been waiting for has arrived. You’ll meet your dog and bring them home, where your life together can finally begin.
The first days and weeks are a time of adjustment as your dog gets to know you, their new surroundings, and their new routine. With patience, understanding, and love, you can begin building the bond that will grow throughout your life together.
We hope this is the beginning of a wonderful new chapter, filled with companionship, walks, and many happy memories. And even after your dog has arrived, we’ll remain available to offer guidance and support whenever you need it.
